CONSTITUTION: A complex panel comprises the following: a foamed aluminum layer(1) of a porous structure, formed through a thickening, a mixing, a foaming, and a cooling processes; an adhesive layer(2) formed by applying adhesive on one side of the foamed aluminum layer; and a paraboard(3) molded by mixing pearlite and inorganic aggregate, and attached on the adhesive layer.
