    • PURPOSE: A rod for an arrow and a method for fabricating the same are provided to increase the strength of the rod of the arrow by forming a carbon sheet layer on a peripheral portion of a hollow pipe member. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive is coated on a peripheral portion of an aluminum hollow pipe(10). Then, a carbon sheet is coated on the aluminum hollow pipe(10) by heating the adhesive coated on the peripheral portion of the aluminum hollow pipe(10). The aluminum hollow pipe(10) coated with the carbon sheet is pressed on a flat so that the carbon sheet is closely coated on the aluminum hollow pipe(10). Then, a taping process is carried out so as to prevent the carbon sheet from separating from the peripheral portion of the aluminum hollow pipe(10). After that, the carbon sheet is cured by heating the aluminum hollow pipe(10). After removing a tape coated on the aluminum hollow pipe(10), the aluminum hollow pipe(10) is rotated so as to measure a bending degree of the aluminum hollow pipe(10) by using a dial gauge. The bending portion is flattened by pressing the bending portion.
