    • An open roof configuration for vehicles is provided to reduce the leverage effect of a lever and prevent an upper pivot connector from moving with respect to a panel when an intermediate guide connector is stabilized. An open roof configuration for vehicles includes a roof opening formed in a roof part of a vehicle. The roof part includes at least one panel which is movable between a roof opening open position and a roof opening close position and partially arranged on a neighboring roof. The open roof configuration includes a first device(5) and a second device(6). The first device moves the rear edge of the panel onto the neighboring roof. The second device includes a lever(7) for moving the front edge of the panel in the vertical direction. The lever includes a lower pivot axis(8), an upper pivot connector(9) and an intermediate guide connector(10).
