    • PURPOSE: A standard solution preparing method is provided to enhance the reliability of a standard solution by metering the trace elements of a primer through the neutron active analysis. CONSTITUTION: In the neutron active analysis, an artificial radioactive nuclide is generated from a stable element for the qualitative and quantitative analysis. A radioactive nuclide is generated by irradiating a neutron beam causing nuclear reaction with an atomic nucleus to a sample. The radioactive nuclide is changed to a novel stable nucleus by passing through a decay process corresponding to the inherent half period of respective nuclides while emitting a gamma ray of a specific energy. The qualitative analysis is possible according to the detection of a half period through repeated measurement of the energy of the gamma rays. Therefore, the neutron active analysis is proper to the analysis of the trace elements of a primer. Further, an absolute quantization without need of a standard material is possible.

    • PURPOSE: Provided are a sampling system and a method for analyzing samples. In particular, the system heats directly and evaporates a sample prior to nebulizing, and can be applied widely to various samples without regarding their kind or viscosity. CONSTITUTION: The sampling system is characterized in that: it has a microwave nebulizer to make the sample nebulized after evaporating the same, using microwave. The method for analyzing the sample is characterized by comprising the steps of: evaporating the sample; nebulizing the same; cooling a solvent included the nebulized sample to lower than the boiling point; discharging the cooled solvent; and transporting desolvated sample to the sample analyzer.
