The expansion sleeve is fitted into the through-hole and the recessed groove, and the diameter of the expansion sleeve is enlarged or reduced by an external force in a radial direction. The pressing sleeve is fitted into the tapered inner periphery of the expansion sleeve. The adjusting bolt is inserted into a fitting hole of the pressing sleeve and joined to the screw hole of the second component. The pushing plate is formed on the underside of a heat unit (164) of the upper side of the adjusting bolt to be integrated and closely adheres to the top surface of the pressing sleeve.
