    • PURPOSE: A hybrid type of an active matrix organic light emitting display with full color is provided to optimize energy efficiency by using pixel control circuit with equal characteristics. CONSTITUTION: A color filter(14) is formed on a substrate. The back panel of a metal oxide thin film transistor is overlapped on the color filter, and forms the pixel of one array. The organic light emitting diode(20) of the array is formed on the back panel, and the position of the organic light emitting diode is controlled to emit light to the down side through the color filter, back panel, and the substrate. The lights emitted from the OLED(organic light emitting diode) comprises a first emission band and a second emission band. The first emission band has the wavelength extended over the range of a two-primary color. The second emission band the wavelength extended over the range of a primary color.
