    • PURPOSE: A bone fixing member surgical procedure device is provided to easily executing the coupling of a first fixing member and a second fixing member by fixing a guide sleeve to a second guide member using a guide sleeve fixing unit. CONSTITUTION: A first guide member(100) is combined to one end of a first fixing member(10). The first fixing member is preferentially inserted into the bone of a surgical operation unit. A second guide member(200) is combined with the first guide member. A guide sleeve(300) is fixed and coupled with the second guide member and guides insertion of the second fixing member. A guide sleeve fixing unit(400) is combined with the guide sleeve and fixes the guide sleeve about the second guide member. The guide sleeve is combined with a guide sleeve penetrating unit which passing through the second guide member.

    • The present invention relates to a wire-type nail assembly which comprises: a nail assembly body which is installed in a fractured area and in which a penetration hole for a screw and inner space are formed; and a wire body which is inserted into the inner space of the nail assembly body and is combined with the thread of a screw. According to the present invention as described above, a screw fixed on a bone penetrates the nail assembly body by a fixing bolt method and is combined with the wire body installed inside the nail assembly body by the fixing bolt method in the form of more than one point to provide an easy installation process. Moreover, a support portion is prepared to prevent the screw from being separated from the nail assembly body in an axial direction such that the nail assembly body can be firmly fixed on the fractured area.

A neck part of the body is inserted to the ring. A guide tool(130) is inserted to the neck part of the position fixing member in order to arrange a plurality of sleeve assemblies. A rod holder(140) passes through a skin, and pressurizes the rod mounted on a housing(14).
