    • PURPOSE: A vacuum absorption and insert apparatus composed of an absorbing-nozzle case and a pusher is provided to insert parts regardless of the height and diameter of the parts before injection molding process. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum absorption and insert apparatus is composed of an absorbing-nozzle case(10) and a pusher member(20). The absorbing-nozzle case includes an outer body, a nozzle unit, and an insertion port disposed opposite to the nozzle unit. First and second fixing protrusions are formed at the inner wall of the outer body. The pusher member includes a body unit, a vacuum type part holder, a connection hole(27), and first and second fixing units corresponding to the first and second fixing protrusions. An air passage(26) is formed at the center of the body unit in the pusher. The vacuum type part holder is attached to an air inlet of the body unit, and holds insert parts. The connecting hole is formed at an air outlet of the body unit. The first fixing unit is formed at the outer wall of the body unit, and prevents the pusher member from moving by air flow.

    • A molding apparatus with automatic supply/drawing devices is provided to improve the working speed and lower personnel cost by automatically supplying and drawing sheets to a mold. A molding apparatus with automatic supply/drawing devices comprises a horizontal moving bar, a supporting part(10), a movable part(20), an insert chuck part(40), a draw chuck part(60), and a molding frame. A sheet(100) is loaded on the horizontal moving bar. The supporting part has a vertical fixing beam(4) and a horizontal beam(2). The vertical fixing beam is fixed on the ground to be positioned at the upper part of the horizontal moving bar. The horizontal beam is connected at the end of vertical fixing beam at a right angle. The movable part is formed on the horizontal beam of the supporting part and the movable part moves in the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction. The insert chuck part is pivotally fixed to one end of the movable part. On one side of the insert chuck part, adsorption units(30,49) are formed. The finished goods of the sheet are griped from the draw chuck part. The sheet is supplied to and drawn out from the mold by the insert chuck part and draw chuck part of the movable part.

    • PURPOSE: A cutter and cutting system is provided to simply and precisely cut materials under a single process by using not a cylinder but a cam. CONSTITUTION: A cutter is composed of a support frame(56), a cutting cam(10) rotatably installed at the support frame and having a first and a second guide groove, a first cutting edge(42), and a second cutting edge(44). The first cutting edge is coupled with a first connection unit(20) inserted into the first guide groove, and is operated according to the rotation of the cutting cam. The second cutting edge is coupled with a second connection unit(30) inserted into the second guide groove, and is operated according to the rotation of the cutting cam simultaneously with the first cutting edge.
