    • PURPOSE: A process for separating a spool of thread is provided to reduce a producing cost while improving productivity by dividing a spool into plural spools. CONSTITUTION: A process for separating a spool of a thread comprises a supply wheel installed with a broken end lifter; a spool(10) mounted on the supply wheel by being composed of resin material; an auxiliary(12) inducing a resin thread by having an arch shape; a first spin cutting unit(13); a rotor(15) generating withdrawing force with a resin wheel(14); a roller(16) controlling a position of the thread; a winding spool(17) forming the spool by winding the resin thread; a second spin cutting unit; first sensor(20) installed between the first spin cutting unit and the resin wheel; and a broken end lifter(11) lifting the resin thread. Thereby, the process for separating the spool of the thread reduces a producing cost while improving productivity by separating the spool into plural spools.
