    • A method for preparing organopolysiloxane having aminoalkyl group is provided to obtain organopolysiloxane having aminoalkyl group in a polymer, with low siloxane unit, constant residue volatilization, constant viscosity and constant random distribution. A method for preparing organopolysiloxane having aminoalkyl group comprises a step for reacting (A) linear, cyclic or branched organopolysiloxane and (B) a basic nitrogen-containing hydrocarbon radical bonded to SiC, aminoalkylsilane having 2 or 3 hydrolysable groups or part or complete hydrolysate, in the presence of (C) a basic catalyst and (D) a chain-terminating reagent; and a step for neutralizing the basic catalyst after the reaction. The compound (A), (B) and (D) in the presence of the catalyst (C), is reacted consecutively in the reaction space where a ratio of the length to diameter is 4 or greater.
