    • 본발명은종래보다편사를촘촘히감지않아도종래와동일한내압강도를나타내며, 내피에형성시키는편사형성층도두껍게형성하지않고도충분한강도를유지가능한내압호스를제공하며아울러그에따라제조비를절감가능한내압호스및 그의제조방법을제공함에본 발명의목적이있다. 상기본 발명의목적을달성하기위한본 발명의주요구성은, 내압호스의제조방법에있어서, PVC 원료를호스내피제조기(10)에투입하여연질호스의내피(1)를제조하는단계; 제조된내피를편사장치에투입하여편사를내피외주에형성시키는단계; 편사가형성된내피의편사에접착층을형성시키는단계; 형성된접착층을가열건조기에투입하여가열건조시키는단계; 가열건조된표면에 2차편사장치(20)에투입하여 2차로편사를형성시켜, 2차편사층(5)을형성시키는단계; 2차편사층(5)이형성된내피를가열기(21)에투입하여가열하는단계; 가열기를거친내피를외피제조기(30)에투입하여외피를피복하는단계; 냉각기(40)를거쳐권취기(50)에서권취하는단계를포함하는것을특징으로하며, 상기내피의편사에접착층을형성시키는단계는, 1,2차도포기(13,14)에서 1,2차로순차접착제를도포하여 1,2차접착층(3,4)을형성시키는것을특징으로하며, 상기접착층을가열건조기에투입하여가열건조시키는단계는, 1,2차건조기(16,17)를순차거치게하여건조하며, 가열건조온도는 1차건조기(16)에서는섭씨 350~450도로, 2차건조기(17)에서는섭씨 500~650도로가열건조하는것을특징으로하며, 상기 2차편사층(5)이형성된내피를가열기(21)에투입하여가열하는단계에서가열온도는섭씨 350~500도인 것을특징으로한다. 또한본 발명에따른내압호스의주요구성은, PVC 재질의내압호스내피(1)와, 내피(1) 외주에편사를형성시켜이루어지는 1차편사층(2)과, 1차편사층(2)에접착제를 1,2차로투입하여형성시키는 1,2차접착층(3,4)과, '1,2차접착층(3,4) 외주에형성시키는 VS사를형성시켜이루어지는 2차편사층(5)과, 2차편사층(5) 외주를피복하여이루어지는외피(6)를포함하는것을특징으로한다.

    • PURPOSE: A method for joining fake hairs to a real hair is provided that thickness of hair is enriched. CONSTITUTION: The method for joining fake hairs comprises a plurality of joining steps. In every joining step, a fake hair is joined directly to a real hair at the different position as like making branches. The joining strength at a half of the strength enough to detach the fake hair from the real hair by hand is sufficient. The lifetime of the fake hair is same as that of the real hair. By this method, to make up thin hair is possible. The modified hair endures curling, coloring, and using of cleaning material.

    • PURPOSE: A process of preparing a fermented vegetable beverage obtained by fermenting shredded vegetables or an extract thereof in a lactic acid is provided. Whereby, the product is easy to drink and can be applied to a sports drink. CONSTITUTION: Vegetables such as cabbage, radish or the like are added with salt or spices such as green onion, garlic, ginger or the like to give a salinity of 1 to 3%, fermented while agitating at a speed of 60rpm and sterilized at 50 to 95deg.C for 5 to 60min to produce fermented vegetable liquid. The sports drink contains 0.5 to 10% by weight of the fermented vegetable liquid.
