    • PURPOSE: A method for preparing 3-iodothyronamine is provided to reduce fabrication costs and reaction steps and to improve synthesis yield by passing through an acetonitrile intermediate compound using nitrobenzene or acetonitrile intermediates as a starting material. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a compound represented by chemical formula 10, their derivative or salts comprises the steps of: reacting a compound represented by chemical formula 1 with a halogen compound to prepare a compound represented by chemical formula 2; and reacting a compound represented by chemical formula 2 with a cyanide compound to prepare a compound represented by chemical formula 4 or treating a compound represented by chemical formula 3 with nitric acids.
