    • PURPOSE: A winding method of a superconducting wire and a magnet manufactured thereby are provided to manufacture a magnet with the minimized joint portion of superconducting wires. CONSTITUTION: A winding method of a superconducting wire is as follows. A first bobbin (100) comprising a source reel, in which a superconducting wire is wound, a first lane (120a), and a second lane (120b) and a second bobbin (101) comprising third and fourth lanes (120c,120d) are prepared. The superconducting wire wound around the source reel is wound around the first lane of the first bobbin in a first direction, and the first and second bobbins are fixed to each other. The superconducting wire wound around the source reel is wound around the third lane of the second bobbin in a first direction, and the first and second bobbins are separated from each other. The superconducting wire wound around the first lane is wound the fourth lane of the second bobbin in a second direction, and the superconducting wire wound around the third lane is wound around the source reel in a second direction.

    • PURPOSE: A malignant overseas construction project discrimination system is provided to determine whether an overseas construction project is excellent or malignant with a small outlay and in a small time before bidding. CONSTITUTION: A malignant overseas construction project discrimination system (100) is a kind of computer based system. A sample project database part (110) stores information for overseas construction projects which are conventionally performed. Standard information for a discrimination target project is inputted in an object information extraction part (120) and discrimination variable information for the discrimination target project is extracted. A comparison project extracting part (130) detects a project which is similar to the discrimination target project among conventional project information stored in the sample project database part using the discrimination variable information. An output part (140) indicates whether the discrimination target project is malignant or not based on malignant information for a project which is detected in the comparison project extracting part.     • PURPOSE: A bobbin for layer winding of a superconducting wire and a layer winding method using the same are provided to prevent damage to a wire through layer winding of the superconducting wire in which a technology of pancake winding is applied without the junction of a high temperature superconducting wire. CONSTITUTION: A bobbin(100) for layer winding of a superconducting wire comprises a bobbin body(120) and a spacer(130). The bobbin for layer winding of the superconducting wire further includes a bobbin barrier(110). The bobbin body has a cylindrical shape. A spacer guides winding the superconducting wire around the bobbin body. The spacer is located at an outer circumference of the bobbin body at a predetermined interval. The cylindrical bobbin body has a plurality of layers which is formed by a plurality of spacers. The bobbin barrier maintains a form of the bobbin.
