    • An attenuator is provided to perform a reliable attenuation by arranging a switching unit between a terminal of a signal input unit and a terminal of an attenuation unit. An attenuator includes a signal input unit, an attenuation unit(140), and a switch unit(130). The signal input unit receives a predetermined electric signal. The attenuation unit attenuates the amplitude of the electric signal inputted from the signal input unit. The switch unit switches so that the signal input unit is coupled to the attenuation unit in an operation state. The switch unit switches so that the signal input unit is isolated from the attenuation unit in a non-operation state. The switch unit is grounded to be isolated from the signal input unit and the attenuation unit between the signal input unit and the attenuation unit. The signal input unit receives a radio frequency signal.

    • A wide-band low-noise amplifier using a current mirror is provided to perform a positive current feedback operation by using the current mirror. First and second common gate amplifiers(500,510) convert input signals of first and second input terminals to current. First and second common source amplifiers(520,530) amplify output signals of the first and second common gate amplifiers and output the amplified output signals to first and second output terminals. First and second current mirrors(540,550) supply the current to the first and second common source amplifiers according to the current applied to the first and second common gate amplifiers and feeds back the forward current to the second and first input terminals.

    • A low noise differential amplifier is provided to increase an amplification gain and to improve a linearity without an additional power consumption by reducing impedance of junction between two input transistors and two cascade output transistors. A low noise differential amplifier includes two input transistors(M1,M2), two cascode output transistors(M3,M4), and a cross-coupler(111). The input transistors invert and amplify two input signals received at gates. The cascode output transistors are series-connected to the two input transistors and amplify the amplified signals from the input transistors. The cross-coupler cross-couples junction nodes between the input and cascode output transistors with gates of the caascode output transistors.

A wideband low noise amplifier includes a common gate LNA(Low Noise Amplifier)(800), a constant current source, a current mirror(810), and a common source LNA(820). The common gate LNA amplifies a signal from an input terminal. The constant current source supplies a bias voltage to the common gate LNA. The current mirror amplifies the output signal from the common gate LNA and outputs the amplified result to an output terminal. The common source LNA amplifies the signal at the input terminal and outputs the amplified result at the output terminal. The common gate LNA is an NMOS transistor. The constant current source is a high frequency choke reactor.

    • A tuner is provided to remove harmonics in the received RF signal by including a tunable filter comprised of a passive filter. A low noise amplifier(110) amplifies the received RF(Radio Frequency) signal with the low noise. A tunable filter(130) filters the output signal of the low frequency amplifier by varying the central frequency according to a channel control signal. A local oscillator generates a local oscillation signal with a plurality of phases of the same frequency according to the channel control signal. A mixer generates an IF(Intermediate Frequency) signal of an I(In-phase) channel and a Q(Quadrature-phase) channel by mixing the output signals of the tunable filter and the local oscillator. An RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indicator)(120) detects the intensity of the output signal of the low noise amplifier and controls the amplification gain of the low noise amplifier according to the detected intensity.
