    • PURPOSE: An anti-crystallization device of an absorption hot and cold water dispenser and a method for preventing a solution from becoming crystallized are provided to improve system performance while an anti-crystallization valve is opened so that the solution is not crystallized. CONSTITUTION: An anti-crystallization device of an absorption hot and cold water dispenser comprises a high temperature generator(10), a low temperature generator(20), a condenser(30), an evaporator(40), a absorber(50), and a solution line(101). The low temperature generator heats a middle concentration absorption solution using evaporating refrigerants. The low temperature generator generates a high concentration absorption solution by evaporating the refrigerants included in the middle concentration absorption solution. The absorber lowers the concentration of the evaporating refrigerants by absorbing the evaporating refrigerants into a high temperature absorption solution generated from the lower temperature generator. The solution line is connected to a line for the high concentration absorption solution in order to prevent the crystallization by mixing the high concentration absorption solution with the middle concentration absorption solution. An anti- crystallization valve(100) is installed in the solution line.

The non-condensable gas flowing along the first and second steam extraction lines flows into the purge tank. The discharge line is connected to the purge tank. The pump is mounted on the discharge line to discharge the non-condensable gas stored in the purge tank through the discharge line.
