    • PURPOSE: A paste composition for a plasma display panel barrier rib and a green sheet including thereof are provided to prevent smudge of the green sheet by the agglomeration of the composition, and to improve the reliability of a plasma display panel. CONSTITUTION: A paste composition for a plasma display panel barrier rib contains an inorganic compound, an organic compound, and a solvent. The inorganic compound includes a filler with an amorphous silicon oxide. The filler additional contains a crystalline silicon oxide. A green sheet(200) including the paste composition for the plasma display panel barrier rib comprises a base film(210), and barrier rib layers(220,230) located on the base film. The barrier rib layers contain the inorganic compound which includes the filler, and organic compound.

    • A method for manufacturing a dielectric layer of a plasma display panel is provided to reduce a manufacturing time by implementing a dielectric layer without burning a film forming material layer. A green sheet, which includes a film forming material layer formed by coating slurry, which includes PbO-based glass powders, bound resins, dispersing agents, plasticizers, and solvents, is formed on a film. The film forming material layer of the green sheet is transferred on a substrate(210), which includes electrodes(220,250). The film forming material layer is sintered. The slurry includes PbO-based glass powders of 50wt% to 70wt%, bound resins of 15wt% to 25wt%, dispersing agents of 0.1wt% to 2wt%, plasticizers of 0.1wt% to 5wt%, and solvents of 10wt% to 30wt%.

    • Slurry for a barrier rib, a green sheet, and a manufacturing method of the barrier rib for a plasma display panel are provided to minimize an isotropic etching ratio and to form a desired shape of the barrier rib in a chemical etching process. Slurry for a barrier rib includes a solvent of 20 to 50 weight percent, a dispersant of 0.01 to 0.5 weight percent, a plasticizer of 1 to 10 weight percent, a binder of 10 to 20 weight percent, and an additive of 0.01 to 0.5 weight percent in total contents of glass powders and filler powders. The glass powders are formed with PbO-based glass powders. The filler powders are formed of one or more materials which are selected from a group including Al2O3, ZnO, and TiO3.
