CONSTITUTION: A lubrication part(160) is mounted to a frame unit to lubricate a reciprocating motor and a compression unit, and comprises at least one annular lubrication chamber(161) concavely formed on an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder(141) with fixed width; and an annular magnetic lubrication member(162) inserted and fixed to the lubrication chamber to lubricate frictional surfaces of the cylinder and a piston(142). The magnetic lubrication member is manufactured as a sintered oil retaining body having pores impregnated with lubricant so that the lubricant infiltrated therein is infiltrated into a sliding surface due to increase of temperature as the piston linearly reciprocates in the cylinder for boundary lubrication.

    • PURPOSE: A stator fixing structure for a reciprocating motor is provided to prevent the deformation of stator cores due to the heat in a welding process by forming the projections at each stator core and welding the projections. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating motor includes a stator assembly and a mover assembly. The stator assembly is formed by stacking thin stator cores(111), arranging an external stator(110) and an internal stator into the void of the stacked stator cores, and winding a winding coil(C) around one of the external stator(110) and the internal stator. The mover assembly includes a magnet to perform the reciprocating motion along the flux of the stator assembly. A plurality of projections(111a) are formed at each stator core(111) of the external stator and the internal stator. The projections(111a) come in contact with the neighboring stator cores by bending the projections(111a). The projections(111a) and the neighboring stator cores are fixed by using a welding method.

The magnetic fluid is formed by dispersing fine magnetic particles processed by surfactant in lubricant with fixed viscosity enough for lubrication in high concentration or stably to have magnetic quality and liquidity of liquid at the same time. The magnetic body keeps the magnetic fluid by magnetic force lubricating the frictional surface in the cylinder and prevents leakage of the magnetic fluid into the cylinder due to reciprocation of the piston.

CONSTITUTION: A piezoelectric cell(145) is inserted and fixed to a piezoelectric cell mounting groove(141a) concavely formed on an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder(141), and has a power supply line(145a) penetrating the cylinder in radial direction, and connected with a coil(C) mounted to an outer stator(131) of a reciprocating motor to share power. A crystal plate of the piezoelectric cell is impressed with high frequency voltage using power source of the reciprocating motor to get inverse piezoelectric effect in which the crystal plate periodically expands and contracts to allow frequency of the voltage to be resonate with characteristic frequency thereof so that the crystal plate vibrates powerfully. A piston slides in the cylinder in such a manner that the piston linearly reciprocates in the cylinder using powerful and stable mechanical ultrasonic vibration due to the inverse piezoelectric effect.

    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing abrasion of a piston of a reciprocating compressor is provided to prevent abrasion of the piston due to friction with a cylinder generated by cumulative error during assembly of the piston linearly reciprocating in the cylinder. CONSTITUTION: A piston(170) has turbulence grooves(171) formed on a circumference of a periphery thereof in a plurality of rows. The turbulence groove allows refrigerant gas to whirl and flow in a fine gap between the peripheral surface of the piston and an inner circumferential surface of a cylinder(160) so that the piston linearly reciprocates in the cylinder concentrically with the cylinder to prevent abrasion thereof. The turbulence groove is formed to have a streamlined curve whose front part is circularly curved and rear part sharp so as to minimize resistance of fluid and generate turbulence for refrigerant to more easily flow in the fine gap between the peripheral surface of the piston and the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder.
