    • PURPOSE: A thin film solar cell module and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the transmittance of a short wavelength and light scattering by including a transparent electrode layer including a plurality of islands made out of the zinc oxide as well as a first electrode layer formed with tin oxide. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). The transparent electrode layer includes a first electrode layer(122) and a second electrode layer(124). A photoelectric transformation layer(130) is formed on the transparent electrode layer. A back surface electrode layer(140) is formed on the photoelectric transformation layer. A sealing film(150) is formed on the back surface electrode layer. A rear substrate(160) is formed on the sealing film.
