摘要： A method and a device for processing problem of an RF card terminal are provided to handle with the problem of RF terminals by previously forming the items related to problem in the RF card terminal and process the problem. A memory(210) previously sets/stores the items related to problem and the test period. A problem monitor(211) transmits the items if the items reach the test period. A problem tester(212) tests whether the problem is found in the items, stops operation of the item if the problem is generated, and generates a problem event for the stopped items. A problem transmitter(213) transmits the problem event to a host computer(220). The items includes hardware information for determining the problem for a PSU(Power Supply Unit), a card reader, a storing part, the memory, and the printer, and software information for checking the operation and a remaining space of a flash memory, and remainder of an RTC(Real Time Clock).
