    • A light emitting dendrimer intermediate, a method for preparing the light emitting dendrimer intermediate, a novel light emitting dendrimer, a method for preparing the light emitting dendrimer, and an organic light emitting diode device prepared from the dendrimer are provided to improve luminous efficiency and to allow an organic light emitting layer to be prepared by a wet process. A light emitting dendrimer intermediate comprises any one selected from an azine-based derivative, a carbazole-based derivative and their mixture and is represented by the formula 1 or 2, wherein X is S or O, and R is a C1-C10 alkyl group. The light emitting dendrimer comprises a core which comprises a light emitting compound; and a dendron which comprises the light emitting dendrimer intermediate of the formula 1 or 2, and surrounds the core.

    • A photorefractive dendrimer compound is provided to show the photoconductivity and non-linear optical characteristics in one molecule by introducing a nonlinear chromophore and a carbazole into dendron, thereby solving a problem of stability caused by bad compatibility between a photoconductive material and a chromophore and being applicable to a biological imaging technique. A photorefractive dendrimer compound including a carbazole derivative showing excellent non-linear chromophore and charge transporting characteristic containing a tricyanopyrroline-based electron acceptor is represented by a formula(1), wherein A is a group(1) or a group(2), and R consists of 1-20 carbon(s). A photorefractive device comprises the photorefractive dendrimer compound. A method for preparing the device comprises the steps of: (a) dropping a keyhole shaped indium tin oxide transparent electrode on a glass substrate; (b) after dropping the photorefractive dendrimer compound on the electrode, drying it to remove solvent therefrom and vacuum-drying it; (c) after coupling a spacer to a corner of the dried indium tin oxide glass sample, heating the sample up to a temperature of at least glass transition temperature to push down gradually a second indium tin oxide glass on the sample and cooling it; and (d) sealing the substrate using an epoxy or a polyimide film, attaching the electrode thereto.
