    • PURPOSE: A leaky coaxial cable capable of controlling electrical characteristics is provided to easily control electrical characteristics and transmission amount by improving a layout structure of a slot formed on the external conductor of the leaky coaxial cable. CONSTITUTION: A leaky coaxial cable includes an internal conductor(10) formed on the center of the cable, an dielectric(20) covering around the internal conductor, an external conductor(30) and an external cover(40). The external conductor is used for surrounding the dielectric and includes a number of radiation slots(31) along the longitudinal direction. The external cover covers the external conductor. The internal conductor is composed of a conducting wire of metal materials with conductivity. The metal materials are chosen among a copper pipe, an annealed copper wire and a copper clad aluminum wire. The dielectric is composed of an dielectric layer inserted between the internal conductor and the external conductor.

    • PURPOSE: A leakage coaxial cable and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain combination loss which is required amount of a finally manufactured cable by attaching patches on the surface of the cable. CONSTITUTION: An internal conductor(110) is surrounded by a dielectric(120). In order to form a empty space(132) along the longitudinal direction of the dielectric, an outer conductor(130) surrounds the surrounding of the dielectric. An outer jacket(140) is used in order to protect the outer conductor. Adjacent two patches(150) forms a one slot. The patches are located on the empty space with a predetermined pitch interval. The patches are attached on the surface of the outer jacket. The longitudinal direction is changed in order to change a resonance frequency without changing the shape and size of the empty space.
