    • PURPOSE: An undercurrent relay and a control method of the same are provided to release malfunction caused by the occurrence of a starting current and a rush current. CONSTITUTION: The level of an input current inputted as a load is sensed(S100). A sensed input current is compared with a blocking current(S110). In case the input current is higher than the blocking current(S100-YES), whether the load is connected or not is determined(S120). In case the load is connected(S120-YES), whether the input current is lower than an operation reference current or not is determined(S130). In case the input current is lower than the operation reference current(S130-YES), the operation of a undercurrent relaying element is blocked as long as predetermined delay time after determining whether the predetermined delay time is passed or not(S140). In case the predetermined delay time is not passed(S140-NO), the undercurrent relaying element is not operated(S150).
