    • PURPOSE: A geo polymer composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve initial and post compressive strength without using cement by adding potassium silicate solution to a mixture of coal ash, blast furnace slag, and cinder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of GEO polymer composition comprises next steps: mixing coal dust, blast furnace slag, and fuel ash in a mass rate of 10-50:30-70:10-50; stirring the mixture at a speed of 250rpm for 5 minutes; and adding 30-60 parts by weight of modified liquid potassium silicate based on 100 parts by weight of the mixture. The modified liquid potassium silicate comprises 30-80 weight% of potassium silicate, 5-30 weight% of potassium hydroxide, and 15-60 weight% of water. A compressive strength of 28 days cured GEO polymer composition is 60MPa or greater.

    • The present invention relates to an indoor greening system enabling space utilization to produce various spaces, whereby the system can be installed indoors and outdoors through only simple assembly and freely enlarged in multiple stages according to a purpose, and can uniformly maintain and automatically manage the supply of moisture to reduce the effort and costs for planting and greening. The indoor greening system enabling space utilization of the present invention, which can provide the above purposes and effects, comprises: a flowerpot unit (10), a water storage sponge (30), and a planting soil (20). In the flowerpot unit (20), a lower portion is narrowly inclined; an opened upper side is horizontally or frontally inclined at 45° or lower; a rear portion protrudes higher than a front portion; and an end portion of a hanger protrusion (14) at the rear portion has a hanger stepped portion (16) such that the hanger protrusion (14) is caught on and fixed to an indoor structure (90), such as the wall or ceiling. The water storage sponge (30) is provided at a lower portion inside the flowerpot unit (10). A predetermined amount of water supplied from the outside is stored in the water storage sponge (30), and slowly supplied to planted vegetation (40) through a capillary phenomenon. The plant soil (20) is provided above the water storage sponge (30) inside the flowerpot unit (10) such that the vegetation (40) can be planted and grown.

    • PURPOSE: A geopolymer binder using waste discs is provided to remarkably improve the thermal stability of refractory mortar composition by including waste discs, blast furnace slags and metakaolin at the optimal ratio. CONSTITUTION: A geopolymer binder using waste discs includes powder mixture consisting of 10-40 weight% of waste disc crushed materials and 60-90 weight% of a mixture of blast furnace slag and metakaolin. The mixing ratio of the blast furnace slag and metakaolin is 1:9-9:1. An activator is added at 30-70 parts by weight to 100.0 of powder mixture. The mole ratio of K2O/SiO2 of the activator is adjusted to 0.60-1 mole ratio using potassium silicate and potassium hydroxide. The waste discs are pulverized to 16 mesh or less. A refractory mortar composition includes 50-2 parts by weight of aggregates to 100.0 of the geopolymer binder. The aggregate includes the waste coal fly ash floor material.
