The desirable embodiment of the present invention is formed of; a lower plate which is combined to the lower side of the cover with a combination unit as a plate shape and forms a quadrangular penetration hole on the center and forms a bottom ventilating opening at the outside the penetration hole; an LED module which is installed on the top of the penetration hole of the an upper side of the lower plate; a heat radiation plate which is formed on the top of the LED module to release a heat of the LED module; and front and back shielding plates of a plate shape which are combined to the heat radiation plate with a bolt to be vertically located for opposite both sides of the penetration hole and are formed to be passed through the penetration hole. Air is passed through the top and bottom ventilating openings formed on the cover and the lower plate, respectively. Therefore, heat radiation using a convection current phenomenon is executed.
