    • PURPOSE: A system, a server, and a method for providing traffic information at a specified time according to a request of a user are provided to predict a traffic situation from a staring place to a destination, thereby enabling a user to check the predicted traffic situation. CONSTITUTION: A communication unit(210) receives a reference for checking traffic information for a specific time. A storage unit(240) classifies and stores traffic information which is collected. A controller comprises the following units. A calculator(251) predicts time of arriving at a destination. A searcher(252) produces unit traffic information from a departure time. The searcher merges the unit traffic information. The searcher controls the communication unit to transmit the integrated traffic information to a user terminal.

    • PURPOSE: A navigation system and a method thereof are provided to accurately execute a measurement process in a GPS signal shadow region by selectively receiving coordinate information which is transmitted from a shadow region beacon device. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate storage part(110) stores coordinate information regarding a shadow region. A sensing part(120) collects current state information regarding the shadow region through at least one sensor according to a predetermined cycle. An additional information storage part(130) stores additional information which includes sector information and current state information regarding the shadow region. A data transmission part(140) executes a data communication process with a target terminal which is located in the shadow region. A control part(150) transmits regional information to the target terminal after extracting the information.
