    • A bridge status management system and a method thereof for managing and collecting the state information data of the bridge by using a plurality of measuring sensors through the wireless communication are provided to process error and perform a bridge state by using mobile communication network. A plurality of sub wireless communications installations(210,220,230,240) samples metering data measured in a plurality of measuring sensors according to the set up time. A plurality of sub wireless communications installations outputs the sampled data through the Zigbee communications in a distributed network mode. The main wireless telecommunications installation(300) collects metering data of the bridge structure outputted from a plurality of sub wireless communications installations. A mobile communications transmitter and receiver(400) transmit metering data transmitted from the main wireless communications installation with the bridge management server(500) through the mobile radio communications network(600).

    • A system and a method for monitoring the road condition are provided to economically implement the road condition management system by using a mobile communication and a wireless communication. A plurality of measuring sensors(110,120,130,140) are laid under the road surface or installed at wayside and measure the state of the road surface. A plurality of sub wireless telecommunications installations(210,220,230,240) output the metering data into the short distance wireless communication. A wireless and mobile communication transmitter and receiver(300) collects the pavement behavior metering data. The wireless and mobile communication transmitter and receiver transmit the pavement behavior metering data to a road condition management server(500) through a mobile radio communications network(400). The road condition information transmitted from the road condition management server is transmitted to terminals(610,620,630) of the corresponding road neighboring.
