摘要： The present invention relates to a polymer composition capable of being used as a covering material of an outdoor power cable, comprising a non-crosslinked polyethylene composition for a power cable, used to replace crosslinked polyethylene which is globally used as an existing power cable insulator with non-crosslinked polyethylene resin. The power cable using the covering material formed by the polymer composition according to the present invention has excellent tracking-resistance, so the non-crosslinked polyethylene composition can be used in the coastal area which has much salt and an industrial complex which has a lot of pollutant.

摘要： PURPOSE: A non-crosslinked polyethylene composition is provided to be environmentally-friendly by recycling the non-crosslinked polyethylene composition and to enhance workability, alternating current dielectric breakdown strength, space charge distribution and watertree resistivity. CONSTITUTION: A non-crosslinked polyethylene composition for power cable includes a binder including linear polyethylene resins and additive. The linear polyethylene resin comprises α-olefin which includes 4 or more of carbons as a comonomer. The linear polyethylene resin has a melt index of 0.5-2.2 g/10 minutes (190°C, a loading condition of 2.16Kg), the distribution of molecular weight of 2-5, and the density of 0.920-0.945 g/cm^3. The binder comprises 70-95 wt% of the linear polyethylene resin and 5-30 wt% of low-density polyethylene resin which has 0.3-12g/10minutes (190°C, a loading condition of 2.16Kg) of melt index and 2-6 of distribution of molecular weight.
