CONSTITUTION: A lithium-polymer secondary battery includes an electrode assembly (110) which is inserted between the first and the second electrode plate and in which a first and second electrode tab (111,112) are electrically connected to the first and the second electrode plate; a pouch (120) which accommodates the electrode assembly and is sealed to expose the first and second electrode tab outwards; a sealing material (113) which surrounds the first electrode tab and is located at the sealed part of the pouch; a second sealing material (114) which surrounds the second electrode tab and is located at a part where the electrode tab is in contact with the pouch. The first and second sealing material is extended toward the upper part and covers the first and second electrode tab except for a part from the top of the electrode tabs to a point spaced from the top at a specific distance.

The circumference except the lower end of the case is sealed to prevent the exposure of the battery part to outside. The pre-sealing part is formed by thermosetting the outside of the case.
