    • PURPOSE: A horizontal blasting method using deck charge is provided to easily disperse the blasting power of explosives to the surroundings and reduce the amount of charged explosives, vibration, and noises by successively exploding the explosives, which are located in multiple layers, from the upper layer. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal blasting method using deck charge is as follows. A plurality of detonation holes(10a) are bored in an object being excavated. Explosives(20a) are charged at regular intervals of depth in each detonation hole. All the explosives charged in the detonation holes are divided into three or more layers according to the depth of the detonation holes. The explosives placed in the uppermost layer are successively exploded, and the explosives placed in the second upper layer are successively exploded. Explosion is repeated until all the explosives charged in the detonation holes are exploded.
