    • PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing operation characteristic of a magnetic reed switch is provided to discriminate whether the magnetic reed switch to be used is good or bad easy. CONSTITUTION: The carrying device(100) transfers the reed switch(M). The sample supplying device(110) is located on the front end of the carrying device(100) and supplies the reed switch(M) to the carrying device. The contact detecting device(120) is connected to the both sides of the reed switch(M) to construct an electric circuit. The reactor yoke(140) is for applying the test magnetism to the reed switch(M) on the carrying device(100). The current control setting device(150) supplies variable current to the reactor yoke(140). The discrimination display device(160) discriminates and displays whether the magnetic reed switch to be used is good or bad depending on the signal value from the electric circuit and the current control setting device(150).

CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(1) comprises a magnetizing unit(100) and a cutting unit(200). The cutting unit includes a cutting and defective roll magnet treatment unit(210) for separating defective roll magnets and controlling the feeding speed by using a cutting speed sensor(260); a punching unit(220) for cutting the roll magnet into a predetermined size; a distance measurement servo control unit(240) for controlling the cutting speed of the punching unit and the rotating speed of a feed roller(221); and a container(230) having a defective roll magnet inlet door(231) and a non-defective roll magnet inlet door(232).
