    • PURPOSE: A recovery method of SiC and/or Si solid particulates is provided to be able to separate and collect solid particulates with relatively large particle size from liquid containing SiC or Si solid particulates, and to collect all solid particulates by efficiently separate super fine solid particulates which have smaller particle size than the solid particulates from liquid. CONSTITUTION: A recovery method of SiC and/or Sic solid particulate comprises the following steps: a step of separating and collecting solid particulates of relatively large particle size among solid particulates from liquid containing SiC and/or Si solid particulates by the centrifuge and/or liquid cyclone, and discharging remaining liquid with solid particulates of relatively small particle size; and a step of collecting aggregates by adding an organic coagulant to the discharged liquid, and centrifuging or filtering the liquid containing aggregates formed by coherence of the solid particulates of relatively small particle size. The organic coagulant is a cationic organic coagulant described in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, R1 is hydrogen or methyl group, R2 is alkyl group of 1-10 carbons, X is one halide selected from Cl, Br and F, a is the number of 0-10, b is the number of 1-10, m is the number of 3 and bigger.
