    • The present invention relates to an underwater level measuring system using three electrodes comprising: a winding machine for winding and unwinding a general band-type tape measure; the general band-type tape measure having one side fixed on the winding machine to be wound and unwound by the rotation of a drum of the winding machine and having length markings; and a three-electrode sensor coupled to the end of the general tape measure. Also, the three-electrode sensor comprises: a detecting part which has a first electrode arranged in the end of the three-electrode sensor, a second electrode arranged on the top of the first electrode, and a third electrode arranged on the top of the second electrode; a reflection plate obliquely installed inside the sensor above the detecting part and formed into the shape of a triangular pyramid; an alarm output part connected to a control part and a power part to face the reflection plate inside the sensor above the reflection plate; and the control part for controlling an LED and a buzzer according to signals detected by the detecting part. The underwater level measuring system accommodates the detecting part, the reflection plate, the LED, the power part, the control part, and the buzzer therein, and has the cylindrical body part with a sealing cover on the top to maintain a watertight form.
