    • The present invention provides a cladding material for an air secondary battery with excellent junction between an exterior sheet and an oxygen-permeable membrane and satisfactory oxygen penetrability and moisture barrier properties. The cladding material includes: an exterior sheet (2) in which an exterior layer (21), a metal thin layer (22), and an interior layer (23) including a thermoplastic resin film are stacked and which includes an opening (12) penetrating the exterior layer (21), the metal thin layer (22), and the interior layer (23) for blowing in oxygen; and an oxygen-permeable membrane (3) which is joined to the interior layer (23) in the surrounding area (12a) of the opening to cover the opening (12). The oxygen-permeable membrane (3) is made up of porous fluorine resin membranes in which fluorine resin particles are condensed, and a primer layer (3c) is prepared on the junction surface of the outer boundary (3a) of the oxygen-permeable membrane. Also, by preparing a cohesion layer (5) at least between the primer layer (3c) and the interior layer (23) of the exterior sheet, the oxygen-permeable membrane (3) is attached to the exterior sheet (2).
