    • PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a high polymer color filter film for luminous type flat display device is provided to optimize color purity of a fluorescent substance by forming an anti-scratch layer and a diffusion barrier on a surface of a high polymer film. CONSTITUTION: A very small amount of Nd(NO3)3·6H2O and Pr(NO3)3·6H2O is mixed with a metallic silicate or a metallic hydrate such as Si(OC2H5)4), Al(NO3)3· 9H2O, and Al2O3·3SiO2. An aqueous solution is formed by melting the mixture in ethyl alcohol. A high polymer film(12) is reacted with 3-aminopropyltrialkoxysilane within an organic solvent such as toluene in order to improve a surface of the high polymer film(12) such as polyester, poly-carbonate, and polyethylene terephthalate. A hydrolysis is performed to form -Si(OH)n on the surface of the high polymer film(12). A silica layer(-((Si,Al,RE)Ox)n-OH,RE=Nd3+ or Pr3+) is formed on the surface of the high polymer film(12) by performing hydrolysis.

CONSTITUTION: A paste spreader having a wallpaper length sensor comprises a frame (100); a paste container (10) installed on the frame and storing paste (P) to be applied to wallpaper (W); a spreading roller (20) to spread the paste stored in the paste container on the back surface of the wallpaper; one pair of transfer rollers (30a,30b) disposed at the front of the spreading roller to transfer the wallpaper to the front by rotating in a state of holding the wallpaper; a paste amount adjusting plate (40) disposed at the back of the spreading roller to support the back surface of the wallpaper for controlling the amount of paste coated in the spreading roller at a fixed amount; one pair of axis fixing plate to rotatably support the both sides of the spreading roller and the paste amount adjusting plate; a sensor unit (60) disposed on the paste amount adjusting unit to sense a movement and transferred distance of the wallpaper; and a control unit to control operation of the one pair of transfer rollers based on information provided from the sensor unit.

The entire internal pressure generates voltages according to the external pressure. An outer electrode(20) covers the entire internal pressure. A ground electrode(30) covers the outside of the entire external pressure. The ground electrode prevents the leakage of electricity generated from the entire internal and external pressures.
