    • The purpose of the present invention is to produce the electricity by standing a pillar in the sea, inserting a vertical cylindrical shaped rotating blade with the function of a water wheel and a windmill into the pillar to be formed at length above and below the surface of the water, using the force for flowing the seawater such as ocean current or tide of the sea and wind force, and transferring the rotatory power generated in the vertical cylindrical shaped rotating blade to the electric power generator formed at a upper end of the pillar. Since the pillar is stood in the sea and the vertical cylindrical shaped rotating blade is inserted into the pillar, the installation is convenient. Since the vertical cylindrical shaped rotating blade is installed at length below and above the surface of the water, both tide force and wind force can be used. Since the rotating blade is rotated only in one direction regardless of flow direction of the tide force or the wind force according to the direction of the angle of the rotating blade, much electricity can be generated in the electric power generator installed at an upper end of the pillar using the rotatory force generated from the vertical cylindrical shaped rotating blade to transmit the electricity to the land using an electric wire or a wireless transmitting device, thereby reducing the installation cost and failure, and being repaired easily. Also, since a main configuring device is not contacted directly with the seawater and the failure is rare, the electric power generating system can be used for a long time. Since the present invention does not pollute the seawater, the electric power generating system is eco-friendly.

    • An electricity generation system of the present invention has advantages of: being easy to install since the system can be installed by assembling vertical and cylindrical rotating wings to a pillar after setting up the pillar in the sea; using wind force as well as current force since the vertical and cylindrical rotating wings are installed lengthways both under the sea and above the sea; generating much electricity from a power generator installed at an top end portion of the pillar using rotational force from the vertical and cylindrical rotating wings since the rotating wings rotates in one direction according to an applying angle regardless of a flow direction of the current force or the wind force; and transmitting the electricity to land using an electricity line or a wireless transmission device, thereby being cheaper to implement, having less failures and being easy to repair. In addition, bearings or main rotary parts does not require a waterproof treatment or a watertight treatment since main facilities of the electricity generation system are structurally blocked off from seawater, whereby the facilities can be conveniently installed. Moreover, the electricity generation system can be used for a long time due to less failures and is an environmentally friendly generation system that does not pollute the seawater.

    • 기존 오폐수처리공정의 호기조에서 사용중인 포기기는 통상 호기조 하부나 수중에 고정되어 있으므로 포기기가 고장이 나거나 수리가 필요한 경우 또는 추가로 포기기를 설치하여야 할 때 호기조를 깨끗이 비운 뒤 수리하거나 추가적인 포기장치를 설치해야 하므로, 시간이 많이 걸리고 공사기간 중에는 정상적인 수처리를 할 수가 없게 된다. 포기기 고정장치(1) 또는 상부 포기기 고정장치(2)를 일단 한번 설치하면 호기조를 비울 필요없이, 포기기를 들어올리거나 내려서 포기기의 수리와 설치등의 작업을 간편하게 할 수 있다.
      호기조의 규격이나 포기기의 종류 및 여건에 따라 포기기 고정장치(1) 또는 상부 포기기 고정장치(2)를 설치하는데, 포기기 고정장치(1)는 호기조를 새로 신설하거나 호기조를 한번 비웠을 때 포기기 고정장치(1)를 설치하면 차후에 호기조를 두 번 다시 비우지 않고도 포기기를 수리하거나 설치를 할 수 있으며, 상부 포기기 고정장치(2)의 구성방식 및 기능은 포기기 고정장치(1)와 똑같이 구성하여 수면 위 호기조 상단부분에 상부 포기기 고정장치(2)를 설치하므로 호기조를 전혀 비우지 않고도 포기기를 고정할 수 있는 장치이다.
      도면2의 삼각형 고정장치 형태의 포기기 고정장치(1)의 설치는 먼저 삼각형 본체(9)를 벽체에 견고하게 고정시키고, 포기기와 연결된 삼각형 연결부분(10)을 삼각형본체(9)에 삽입시키고, 그 위에 삼각기둥(11)을 끼워 넣고 볼트(12)를 돌려서 너트(13)와 단단하게 결합된 삼각형 고정장치(14)를 완성시킨다.
      삼각형 연결부분(10)의 전단부를 여러형태의 포기기와 결합시키는데, 일반적인 용접, 관조인트 연결, 나사이음 등으로 튼튼하게 포기기와 삼각형 연결부분을 결합시킨다. 받침대(5)는 포기기 아랫부분과 연결하여 포기기의 처짐방지와 균형을 유지해주는 역할을 한다.
      추가적으로, 볼트 너트 결합시 과도한 압력으로 인하여 삼각형 본체(9)의 상단부에 벌어짐이 발생할 수 있는데, 이를 방지하기 위하여 도면 3에서처럼 삼각형 본체(9)에 요철(15)을 설치하여 삼각형 틀(16)을 끼워 넣으면 삼각형 본체(9) 상단부의 벌어짐을 방지 할 수 있다.
