    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of metal powder, metal powder manufactured thereby, conductive paste, and a ceramic laminate electronic component are provided to prevent structural imperfection like crack. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of metal powder comprises: a step of injecting material powder containing one or more kinds of pyrolytic metal compound powder with carrier gas into a reaction container through a nozzle; and a step of heating the material powder at a temperature which is higher than pyrolysis temperature of the material powder and is higher than T2(higher than (Tm-200) deg. C), Tm is a melting point (deg. C) of the generated metal while passing the material powder through the reaction container. T1 which is a temperature around a nozzle opening part is higher than 400 deg. C and is lower than (Tm-200) deg. C. T1 is set up to 500 deg. C or more. The material powder includes one or more kinds selected among a nickel compound, a cupric compound, and a silver compound. A conductive paste contains the highly crystalline metal powder.
