    • A display panel, an electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to secure pressure resistance even during generation of a pin hole due to dust by reducing an overlapped area between a common electrode and a power extraction pattern applied with a different potential from that of the common electrode. A display panel includes an electrode and a common electrode(17). The electrode covers the entire display region formed by a matrix array of display pixels. The common electrode is electrically connected to the electrode and formed in a frame shape along an outer periphery of the display region. The common electrode has a notch(41) facing a power extraction pattern(25) applied with a different potential from that applied to the common electrode. A width of the notch is larger than that of the power extraction pattern, and a lower part thereof reaches an outer periphery of a cathode layer deposition region(15).
