    • A piezoelectric ceramic composition for a piezoelectric actuator according to the present invention is manufactured by the steps of: mixing (Na0.52+0.005K0.48-x)(Nb0.92-xSb0.08)O3, 0.25 wt% BiO3, and xLiTaO3 using acetone as a dispersion medium and pulverizing a mixture; drying the mixed and pulverized mixture at 80°C; assembling and calcining the dried mixture; assembling the mixture into 100 mesh by adding 5 wt% polyvinyl alcohol to the mixture and molding the mixture by applying pressure to a 17 mm molder; calcining the mixture to remove the polyvinyl alcohol; sintering the mixture; forming an electrode by polishing the sintered mixture and performing screen printing and heat treatment; and performing polarization by applying an electric field of 3 kV/cm in an silicone oil, wherein x is greater than or equal to 0.036 and less than or equal to 0.040.

    • PURPOSE: A piezoelectric ceramics composition and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to remarkably improve piezoelectric and dielectric properties by substituting BiFeO3 for Pb[(Mg1/2W1/2)0.03(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.09(Zr0.5Ti0.5)0.88O3] ceramics which contains more than one of Li2CO3 and CaCO3. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of piezoelectric ceramics composition comprises the following steps: adding more than one of Li2CO3 and CaCO3 to Pb[(Mg1/2W1/2)0.03(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.09(Zr0.5Ti0.5)0.88O3] ceramics; and substituting BiFeO3 for the Pb[(Mg1/2W1/2)0.03(Ni1/3Nb2/3)0.09(Zr0.5Ti0.5)0.88O3] ceramics. An amount of adding Li2CO3 and CaCO3 is 0.4weight% or less out of total weight and an amount of substituting BiFeO3 is 1mol% or less.
