    • PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for integrally managing building information are provided to intuitionally and visually manage inner resources by integrally managing the dynamic monitoring information of digitized building information and inner resources. CONSTITUTION: Resources information collectors(120_1-120_N) collects resource information from the dynamic resources related to a building. A individual resources management part(220) receives a digitized building information from a building information storing part and stores and manages the list of the building resource object corresponding to the resources of the building.
