    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a polyacrylonitrile bead is provided to remarkably reduce danger of explosion and coagulation of beads at manufacturing a polyacrylonitrile beads with excellent weatherability and specific texture(stripe pattern) when used for paint and pigment. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyacrylonitrile beads comprises: a step of manufacturing beads through suspension polymerization by mixing a monomer, a crosslinking agent, a co-solvent, an initiator, and a suspension stabilizer. The monomer is a mixture in which 10-150 parts by weight of an acrylic monomer is mixed into 100.0 parts by weight of an acrylonitrile monomer. The crosslinking agent is one or more kinds selected from ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, divinylbenzene, 1,4-butanedioldiacrylate, trimethylolpropanetriacrylate, and trimethylolpropanetrimethacryate. The used amount of the crosslinking agent is 10-40 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight of total monomers.
