摘要： 본 발명은 신규의 4-[(알킬설판일)메틸]-1,2-벤젠디올 유도체, 그의 제조방법 및 그를 포함하는 항산화제에 관한 것으로, 구체적으로 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 4-[(알킬설판일)메틸]-1,2-벤젠디올 유도체는 뛰어난 항산화 활성으로 인하여, 멜라닌 생성을 억제할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 저밀도지방단백질 (low density lipoprotein)의 산화를 억제하여 혈중 콜레스테롤 농도를 조절할 수 있다. 따라서 본 발명의 화합물은 활성 산소종이 원인이 될 수 있는 피부 침착 및 동맥경화의 치료제로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.

摘要： PURPOSE: A novel 4-£(alkylsulfanyl)methyl|-1,2-benzenediol derivative, its preparation method and a composition containing the derivative for an antioxidant, a whitening agent or a cholesterol controller are provided, to obtain the compound which suppresses the generation of melanin and controls the concentration of cholesterol by suppressing the oxidation of low density lipoprotein. CONSTITUTION: The 4-£(alkylsulfanyl)methyl|-1,2-benzenediol derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein R is an alkyl group of C1-C10. The method comprises the step of reacting the 1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl-methanol of the formula 2 with the alkylthiol represented by R-SH in the presence of an acid, wherein R is an alkyl group of C1-C10. Preferably the acid is selected from the group consisting of AlCl3, FeBr3, FeCl3 and BBr3; and the reaction is performed in at least one solvent selected from the group consisting of dichloromethane, chloroform, acetonitrile, tetrahydrofuran and dimethyl formaldehyde.

摘要： PURPOSE: A 2,3,6-tribromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzylmethyl ether, its derivative, their preparation method, an intermediate used to the preparation, an extract of Symphyocladia latiuscula, and an antioxidant composition, arteriosclerosis preventing agent and cholesterol controlling agent containing the compound or the extract are provided, which compound is obtained by organic synthesis method or is separated from Symphyocladia latiuscula and has an antioxidizing effect. CONSTITUTION: The 2,3,6-tribromo-4,5-dihydroxybenzylmethyl ether or its derivative is represented by the formula 1, wherein X is OH, a methoxy group, an ethoxy group, an ethylsulfanyl group or a cyclohexanoyl group; and Y is H or Br. The method comprises the steps of dissolving 3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde and phosphorus pentoxide in toluene with stirring, and adding acetone to the mixture to prepare 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-benzodioxol-5-carboaldehyde of the formula 5; dissolving the obtained compound in dichloromethane, adding DIBAL solution to the mixture, stirring it and adding methyl alcohol to prepare (2,2-dimethyl-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)methanol of the formula 6; and dissolving the obtained compound in water and HCl, stirring it, and adding bromine to prepare 4,5,7-tribromo-6-(bromomethyl)-2,2-dimethyl-1,3-benzodioxole of the formula 8. The extract of Symphyocladia latiuscula is obtained from the dichloromethane fraction of Symphyocladia latiuscula.
