    • PURPOSE: A method for easily analyzing GABA content from germinated rice through HPLC is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing GABA content from geminated rice comprises: a step of adding a primary extraction solvent containing water, methanol, and chloroform to germinated rice containing GABA; a step of centrifuging to separate a first supernatant and precipitate; a step of adding a secondary extraction solvent to the precipitate and centrifuging to obtain a second supernatant; a step of mixing first and second supernatant and centrifuging to obtain a third supernatant; a step of removing the organic solvent contained in the third supernatant and freeze-drying; a step of dissolving the freeze-dried product into water and filtering; a step of making GABA in a form of 6-aminoquinoline; and a step of analyzing and comparing the liquid from the GABA of 6-aminoquinoline form and standard GABA through HPLC.
    • 目的:提供通过HPLC从发芽水稻中分析GABA含量的方法。 构成:从配对水稻分析GABA含量的方法包括:向含有GABA的发芽稻中加入含有水,甲醇和氯仿的一次提取溶剂的步骤; 离心分离第一上清液并沉淀的步骤; 向沉淀物中添加二次提取溶剂并离心以获得第二上清液的步骤; 混合第一和第二上清液并离心以获得第三上清液的步骤; 除去第三上清液中所含有机溶剂并冷冻干燥的步骤; 将冷冻干燥产物溶解在水中并过滤的步骤; 制备6-氨基喹啉形式的GABA的步骤; 以及通过HPLC分析和比较来自6-氨基喹啉形式的GABA和标准GABA的液体的步骤。
