    • PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of green tea is provided to improve preference of people by increasing the catechin content in the green tea while reducing the caffeine content, and to improve softness of the green tea. CONSTITUTION: Green tea is manufactured by a steaming, a roasting, a rolling, a middle drying and roasting, a final drying and roasting and a drying processes. The rolling process is performed for 3 minutes. The green tea is steamed with vapor for about 60 seconds. The steamed green tea is rolled for 45 minutes. The middle drying and roasting is performed for 40 minutes in 34°C. The green tea leaves are dried with hot wind for 30 minutes in 80°C.

    • PURPOSE: A nature tea making device is provided to supply uniform taste of nature tea by automatically refilling a proper amount of water and measuring the concentration of tea. CONSTITUTION: A nature tea making device comprises: a device body(100) which includes a water supplying unit(130) on the top; a plurality of first brewing containers(110) which is installed in the device body and brews nature tea in a warm state by being supplied water through a water supplying port(160); a plurality of second brewing containers(120) which the brewed tea in the first brewing containers is transferred through a tea supplying path(170) and supplies tea in low temperature; a main heater(140) which heats up the water in the first brewing containers; a cooling unit(150) which maintains the temperature of the second brewing containers in the low temperature; a controller(200) which controls the temperatures and the amount of the first and the second brewing containers.
