    • The present invention provides a structure for controlling deflection of a deck plate in a slim floor construction method to which a tendon capable of being dismantled is applied and a construction method thereof, capable of controlling the deflection of the deck plate caused by the weight of a loaded object or a worker during construction and recycling the tendon used to control the deflection by dismantling it after concrete is placed. The structure for controlling the deflection of the deck plate in the slim floor construction method to which the tendon capable of being dismantled is applied, according to an embodiment of the present invention, includes an H-shape steel beam attached to a steel column by forming an asymmetry cross section that the width of a lower flange is larger than the width of an upper flange; a shear connection loop installed on the upper surface of the upper flange in the longitudinal direction at a regular interval; the deck plate installed on the upper surface of the lower flange to be supported as both ends are individually inserted into the web of the H-shape steel beams facing each other; a connection support member arranged by being passing through the deck plate in a position where one ned is connected to the hear connection loop and the other end is far from the end of the deck plate at the regular interval; and a longitudinal member for reinforcing rigidity supporting the bottom surface of the deck plate by being connected to the end of the connection support member passing through the deck plate.
