    • The present invention electrically separates divided electric car lines, mechanically connects the electric car lines, supplies electricity to skids at both sides, and concurrently prevents a central insulator, insulating between the skids, from touching a pantagraph, thereby removing a pollution (eye pungency) phenomenon of the pantagraph caused by a conventional touch on the insulator for solving insulation characteristics and concurrently preventing a safety accident such as an electric shock accident due to leakage of voltage caused by attachment of copper powder, regulating support of the pantagraph of an electric car at the skids on the both sides to solve shortcomings of a shake and one-sided wear caused by running of the electric car, actively coping with an installation environment by adjustment of heights of the skids on both sides and solving an economic problem due to exchange and use of skid components. To attain the purpose, the present invention provides a direct current neutral section apparatus comprising: an insulator composed of a pair of electric car line connection metal fittings for coupling both sides of a pair of insulation rods and binding divided electric car lines on both sides; a pair of the skids arranged and overlapped on a front and a rear side of the insulator with the same length for directly touching the pantagraph of the electric car; a front, a rear, a left and a right height adjustment member for supporting the insulator in the center while coupling the pair of the skids to make lower contacts protrude downward a set distance; and a pair of support spacers for supporting and coupling each height adjustment member and the both sided electric car line connection metal fittings of the insulator.
