    • PURPOSE: A biosensor is provided to rapidly separate an analysis object from a specimen, and to prevent the leakage of the specimen. CONSTITUTION: A biosensor (10) comprises: a lower plate (200) including a detection unit; an upper plate (100) including a first upper plate (110) and a second upper plate (120) facing each other, and being combined to the lower plate; and a filter located in between the lower and upper plates. The first upper plate includes a specimen insertion unit (114) formed on the location corresponding to the filter, and a first protrusion (112) protruded toward the second upper plate. The second upper plate includes a second protrusion (122) protruded toward the first upper plate. The first and second upper plates are combined to each other using the combination of the first and second protrusions.

    • PURPOSE: An ultra-hydrophobic surface and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to simply manufacture a large sized ultra-hydrophobic surface based on one irradiation of ultraviolet ray. CONSTITUTION: A mask(2) is arranged to be spaced a part from photoresist(4) on a substrate. Ultraviolet ray(1) is irradiated to the mask. When the irradiated ultraviolet ray transmits the mask, the ultraviolet ray straightly passes and disperses to expose the photoresist. The exposed photoresist is developed to form nail head shaped micro patterns. The substrate is selected from a substrate for the surface of vehicles, aircrafts, and vessels. A distance between the photoresist and the mask is between 100um and 1mm.
