    • The present invention relates to a horizontal axis tidal current power turbine, a manufacturing method thereof, and a tidal current power method using the same. The purpose of the invention is to provide a horizontal axis tidal current power turbine, a manufacturing method thereof, and a tidal current power method using the same capable of producing power by operating an internal blade at a fluid velocity lower than predetermined intensity and operating both the internal blade and an external blade at the same time at a fluid velocity higher than predetermined intensity. For this, the horizontal axis tidal current power turbine includes a central member, a plurality of internal blades installed around the central member, a first case covering the internal blades by being installed at an end of the internal blades, a second case covering the internal blades by being installed at the other end of the blades, a plurality of first external blades rotating at a predetermined angle by being installed on an outer surface of the first case, and a plurality of second external blades rotating at a predetermined angle being installed on an outer surface of the second case.
