    • PURPOSE: A magnetic recorder and a magnetic recording test device thereof are provided to improve recording density by reducing interference between noise and magnetism by using a patterned medium. CONSTITUTION: A magnetic recorder and a magnetic recording test device thereof include a magnetic recording medium, a magnetic recording device(52), a magnetic reproduction device(54), a first memory, and a processor. The magnetic recording medium has a recording side in which a plurality of magnetic recording cells are arranged. The magnetic recording device records information in the magnetic recording cell of the magnetic recording medium by generating a magnetic field according to record information in the condition of predetermined setting information while being moved against the recording side. The magnetic reproduction device reproduces information recorded in the cell of the medium while being moved against the recording side with the magnetic recording device. A first memory memorizes predetermined setting information in order to record information from the magnetic recording device. The processor executes a program code and is connected to the first memory, the magnetic recording device, and the magnetic reproduction device.

    • PURPOSE: An optical information recording medium, a recording method using the medium, a reproducing method, an optical information recording device, and an optical information reproducing device are provided to record fine recording marks which are less than a diffraction limit of a reproduced optical beam, by using a temperature induction layer and an optical absorption layer, thereby enabling a clear reproduction at high precision. CONSTITUTION: A temperature induction layer(21) changes reflectivity and/or transmissivity based on a temperature change caused by a radiation of an optical beam. An optical absorption layer(22) changes temperature of the temperature induction layer(21). The temperature induction layer(21) changes the reflectivity and/or transmissivity of the radiated optical beam, according to an interference of the optical beam radiated between a reflected light on one side and a reflected light on other side.
