    • PURPOSE: A producing method of natural salt containing plant components is provided to mix medical herbs, mushrooms, seasonings, vegetables, fruits, or wind grasses with salt water to obtain the natural salt. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of natural salt containing plant components comprises the following: mixing ingredients, and soaking the ingredients in salt water before hot-air drying or freeze-drying; and crushing the ingredients. The ingredients include medical herbs, mushrooms, seasonings, vegetables, fruits, wind grasses, yam, sweet potato, lotus root, turmeric, potato, and tangerine peel. The medical herbs include ginseng and hovenia dulcis. The seasonings include onion, garlic, and spring onion. The vegetables include broccoli, Chinese cabbage, and radish. The fruits include Japanese apricot, pear, and apple.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a production method of functional loess salt comprising loess extracts(called Jijangsoo), natural salt, and herb extracts. The resultant slat has characteristic properties of loess and lots of minerals. CONSTITUTION: The loess salt is produced by the following steps of: preparing loess extracts(solution) by mixing 10kg of loess with 40L of water, standing over 24hrs and filtering; pouring clear loess extracts a vessel containing 10kg of far infrared emitting materials such as elvan, jade and germanium for aging an extracted solution; boiling the solution at 100-200deg.C in a stainless vessel; adding 100kg of natural salt and boiling for 1hrs to dissolve 40-60% of natural salt; adding 200-300g(based on 100kg of natural salt) of pine leaves, herbs, green teas, etc.

    • PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of multifunctional sun-dried salt by mixing water filtered through loess(jijangsu), and powder or liquid type extracts of herbs, green teas and Chinese medicines and processing the conventional salt manufacturing method. CONSTITUTION: The functional sun-dried salt using jijangsu and various natural extracts is manufactured by the following steps of: (i) mixing 40L of sea water with 10kg of loess less than 1000mesh in size and leaving for a day to obtain clear water(jijangsu), pouring the mixture into a tank keeping fine-sized(20mm) far infrared emitting materials such as elvan, germanium, jade, etc, and aging it for a day to be sea water having characteristics of loess and far infrared emitting minerals; (ii) adding extracts of green teas, pine needles, herbs, garlics and fruits, and chitosan in a ratio of 200-300g of extracts per 100kg of purified sea water; (iii) pouring mixed sea water to the place to produce salt until its depth becomes 2-3cm; and (iv) drying it under the sun and wind. Also, the refined salt is manufactured by the following steps of: (i) mixing underground or city water with loess and leaving it for a day to obtain clear water(jijangsu), pouring it into a tank keeping fine-sized(20mm) far infrared emitting materials, and aging it for a day; (ii) pouring jijangsu to a stainless steel vessel(1mx1.5mx0.45m) and boiling it at 100deg.C; (iii) adding 100kg of sun-dried salt and boiling for 2-3hrs. to melt sun-dried salt; (iv) adding extracts of green teas, pine needles, herbs, garlics and fruits in a ratio of 200-300g of extracts per 100kg of sun-dried salt.
