CONSTITUTION: A geodetic survey system for updating numerical information through the confirmation of the displacement of geographical features in a GIS comprises a field observing device(100) and a reference coordinate transmitter(30). The field observing device comprises a GPS receiver(110), a camera(120), a grade sensor(130), a traveling distance checking device(180), a signal transmitter(190), a control device(170), an I/O device(150), and a storage device(140). The GPS receiver checks the GPS coordinate of a vehicle. The camera photographs the surroundings of the vehicle. The slope sensor has a supporter, a rotor, a brake, a ball bearing, a stopper, a shock sensor, and a switch. The traveling distance checking device checks the moving distance of the vehicle. The signal transmitter transmits a drive signal to the reference coordinate transmitter. The reference coordinate transmitter is installed on the surface of the ground and transmits a reference signal corresponding to the drive signal transmitted from the signal transmitter.
